Gnishik is literally right at the end of the road, you can go no further, but the Eco Lodge certainly makes the journey worthwhile. The gent who let us in and gave us the keys was very pleasant and helpful and communication before arrival was excellent. It was made clear that the location was remote and that we would have to bring our food and drink with us. This was fine and the shared kitchen was very well equipped. We had a lovely en suite room upstairs with wonderful views from our balcony, especially of the beautiful rose garden in the back garden. We were also lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a problem with the WiFi in the early evening, but it was quickly resolved and worked very well for us after that; not good enough to stream, but perfectly well for browsing, emails, etc. We parked in the drive in front of the Lodge, but there are zero security concerns. If you get the chance to visit, then we strongly suggest that you do. The drive south from Lake Sevan is truly spectacular. The last few kilometres of road were pot holed and slow going, but perfectly accessible if you drive slowly. Overall, this is a wonderful place to enjoy nature and relax and we loved our visit. Very highly recommended.

We traveled in Armenia for a week and stayed in multiple guest houses. Though every host we had was super hospitable and friendly, LiViTi totally exceeded our expectations! The hosts, Gohar, Manuk, and their daughters, welcomed us as warmly as if we were their family. Their eldest daughter performed some beautiful songs for us during the dinner, the food was absolutely delicious, and we had a chance to taste family's homemade wine and vodka which were super tasty as well. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only thing we felt bad about was that we only stayed there for one night. Hope to visit you again! Thank you!
