Clean and comfortable. The apartment is huge, and the view from the balcony is just perfect. Service is very friendly, breakfasts are quite good too. Unlike most of the hotels on Sevan lake, the beach is very nicely organized, and it is definitely not crowded (well, to some extent due to the prices, which are quite high).

I feel extremely happy to be in this location. It’s absolutely uniq in its atmosphere and idea. Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. We spent a weekend at Mariam's family house. We were unfortunately sick, but Mariam's family has been really helpful by providing us all the medicine and the food we needed. The house is very remote, so if you're looking for something authentic and calm this is the place to be.
