We wanted to visit Butrint and were lucky to find Villa 5 in Mursi which is only 15min drive away, including the ferry crossing. It is in a semi-rural setting next to the lake. The beautiful, modern, very spacious apartment is on the upper floor of the house and has a balcony looking across the lake. The hosts were very kind and hospitable, there was water and fruit in the fridge on our arrival. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Albania. We ate at the local bar/restaurant called Todi and had delicious fish.

We got great service at the reception, they had many recommendations about sighseeing, restaurants etc. and they helped out in every question we had. Breakfast was good and fresh, great start for the day. Really close to the beaches and restaurants, not too far from the bus stop either. Room was super clean and balcony view to the ocean was perfect! Housekeeping did excellent job as well. We enjoyed sunsets every evening in our own balcony.

The hotel was perfect, the rooms were spacious. The location was very good. They served a breakfast like in five-star hotels. I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! This was an amazing apartment! Close to the center and beaches but still few streets from the bars and parties. The pillows were the best I have ever laid my head on. Just an amazing accommodation and Klaudia is a great host. Her cousin was also so attentive and even gave me a lift to Sarandë! 10/10!

One of the nicest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was perfect, hotel is new, modern, cosy and clean. Great location, close to the beach and walking distance to the centre. Beautiful views and very friendly and accommodating staff. Came to Ksamil to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 10/10, would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Ksamil.
