The room was very spacious and the pool was heated and truly amazing. Enjoyed a lot with two kids. Complimentary bikes and falcon show added to the experience. Breakfast was really good with a wide spread of items. Kids really enjoyed seeing gazelles and oryxes roaming all around along with other animals at the property such as owl, falcon, horses, rabbits, snakes, scorpions,etc. Osman at the reception was particularly helpful. Prasad driving the golf cart took extra effort to show us around the property. Dileep at moon bar served us with diligence. AlAmin showed extraordinary hospitality. Thanks to the entire staff for being so hospitable. They helped us open and close the pool curtains at all hours of the night and day.

It was a great experience, especially the great hospitality from Mike and Christine. I have informed them about my husband birthday and they have prepared everything very well! The place is amazing and clean and best thing about it is the privacy! Very well recommended. I would rate them 1000/10. Whenever i meet anyone i just recommend for them MY WAY! This hotel is a hidden gem. We stayed in the cottage room with a direct access to the massive pool from our terrace. The room is beautiful and really well equipped with beds, sofa, decently sized mini fridge and large bathroom with a walk in shower. I loved that the swimming pool is just out there and you can dip in whenever it occurs to you. The staff were amazing - we received fruit platter and Karak as welcome, both the guys in the reception as well as the team in the restaurant were super attentive - and made us feel very welcomed. The food was very good and with good prices. I like the location, just 5 mins driving is a public beach (in front of the Sea Breeze buildings) where we love to go and in the same time it is very easy to get from Kay Homes to the main RAK street and to the highway. I also appreciated that the security of the establishment was great. Some guests were a bit noisy in the night in the pool (the pool is open 24/7), we called the reception and the security came immediately and asked the guests to keep it low - so no worries, your relax in Kay Homes will not be disturbed.

Everything was great, the apartment was excellent, with a direct sea view and very quiet. Minor technical issues during our stay were quickly resolved thanks to Nirmana, who was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
