Within the Grandworld complex which is like a theme park with no rollercoasters. It is at the bottom (quieter) end near the beach and we were there low season. Thought it was great! Very clean, staff were nice and my favourite was the wee yellow bikes. If I were to go back to Grandworld, I would pick this hotel again, looked about the best of those on site.

I loved this place very much!! The location, it's close to everything! Free public buses stopping just in front.The rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfy!! The manager it's such a kind and polite young lady,who always gave us very helpful information.

Well maintained establishment with beautifully furnished rooms. The bed was very comfortable with clean bedding. The room and bathroom were very clean. Sparkling clean swimming pool. A really beautiful setting. A nice sitting area overlooking the beautiful courtyard & swimming pool.

Very clean villa with sparkling pool. Staff were helpful and courteous. It’s very peaceful, away from hectic city, but a close and relatively inexpensive ride (download Grab app, don’t use taxis, much cheaper!) to plenty of activity in town and beyond. The beach would have been nice if it wasn’t rainy season, which made it wild and messy. The Sunset restaurant has nice views, as do all the oceanfront villas.

Very clean, friendly staff, good amenities, good food. The guest experience team surprised me with a birthday cake which was delivered together with my room service order. A pleasantly wonderful surprise
