Very clean room, good, quite new AC with many options, additionally huge fan under the bed if you don't like AC. Nice clean bathroom. The room is great and comfortable.

The house is literally in the heart of Nizwa old town. It is a very unique experience and the inn is truly one of a kind. We received a warm welcome from the host, who was very friendly and helpful. The entire place was very clean, and the beds were perfect. The pool is heated and perfect for relaxation.

The location was fantastic, the room was lovely and very clean. The dinner was nice and very plentiful. The breakfast was simple but plenty of it and the omelette was cooked to order. Nescafé coffee for breakfast but lovely coffee and hot chocolate to buy extra, after at the bar. The service was exceptional and nothing too much trouble. Anticipated that it was going to be a bit chilly in the evening and as seating for meals is outside, brought warm clothes. Outside heating was also on, so quite cosy.
