Convenient location, free shuttle from/to Kawaguchiko station, room and public onsen were incredibly clean, got to enjoy karaoke and I highly recommend the private bath with the view of Mt Fuji.

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. It’s warm and cozy with a phenomenon view of lake Kawaguchi. Staffs are very nice with a great service mind. Definitely gonna stay here again!

It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. The whole onsen experience was amazing. From the reception to being introduced to the room. We had yukata's (traditional home garments). Our private onsen was great. The room was beautiful, The futon bed super comfy. The food was OMG.... literally Michelin star (and I've bee at Michelin star restaurants). Staff was extremely helpful and assisted us booking travel to any place around. The location was great to just take a stroll and discover the Kawaguchi lake.
