The hotel was wonderful from the very first moment. We arrived by car and found organized parking right in front of the hotel. The staff warmly welcomed us, took photos of us with the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji, and then handled our luggage. Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!

Peacefully situated on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi in the scenic Mount Fuji area, Japanese-style hot spring hotel Kasuitei Ooya features rooms with stunning lake views, some boasting a private open-air bath. The hotel features a hot tub, massage treatments and karaoke rooms. The location was perfect, right along Lake Kawaguchi. The room size was big and we loved the Japanese style doors to the bedroom. The private open air hot tub facing the lake was spectacular. Would stay here again!

Although we arrived with a delay they were still able to swiftly arrange our transfer, prepare our room and our meal as well.

Nearby towns has everything from restaurants to convini's. And it's all in an electric bike distance which you can borrow in place. beautiful interiors and cozy feeling.

Property is in the town but for a luxury japenese experience this place is unparalleled.This super luxurious property is in the town so be aware of that . But it’s an oasis worth visiting . Escape to a world of its own . We booked a loft view room with spectacular views of Mount Fuji . The staff are amazing . Breakfast is an experience and even though we are Halaal and required a vegetarian breakfast it was no issue

Didn’t took much foto’s of the accomodation but it was just like in the foto’s or even better
