Staffs are very nice and services are so great. We have enjoyed wonderful balcony and window view of Mt. Fuji, extremely comfortable bath (including indoor and outdoor; public and private), late night delicious Ramen, as well as great wine with a nice price. This is definitely the hotel we would stay as if we were come back to here!

Everything - room was way bigger than expected, with 2 full size rooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony and a sitting down area. Also, the hot tub/private onsen was way bigger than it seemed in the photos, and could easily fit 2 people at the same time. The onsen room was also way better looking than in the photos. Also, despite saying that it doesn’t serve dinner, the ‘light meals’ at the lounge are more than enough to satisfy given you can take as many as you want, and quite delicious. My favourite meals here were during the tea time though, so make sure not to miss it.

The staff was very attentive and accommodative. The Japanese breakfast very nice and diverse. Very good restaurant by the hotel to taste regional cuisine! The onsen experience my first was a nice discovery in and of itself with a full paronamic view of the Lake. Same excellent view from the big room. We were lucky to also have a view of Mt Fuji visible the following morning. It was a full immersive experience. We slept in kimono and on the tatami. A good night sleep!

Each room has a view of the Kofu Basin, Mt fuji. Mesmerising view of the city after sundown, made me sit there and gaze upon the landscape. Truly one of the top 3 "new" views of Japan. Onsen has a good view of Mt Fuji, reccomended to go during sunrise or sundown to gaze upon the city. Should have booked with meals as there are minimal places open early in the morning. Free coffee is avaliable in the morning at the front terrace of the hotel, which you could sit and gaze upon the city and sunrise.

Breakfast was provided every morning at at 7:30 8 o’clock and 830 it was a mix of Japanese and western foods. The Hot Springs were open from 7 to 9 in the morning and 7 to 11 at night. The owners were very kind and picked us up from the station on our first night and drove us to different places on many separate occasions. The rooms are fine and very spacious with Japanese and western styles available.

The location at the lakeside is very fine and the private onsen on the balcony as well. The view from our private onsen on Mt. Fuji was perfect.

Really nice place where I would love to go back in spring or autumn as it's really relaxing with an amazing garden. Looks very suitable for a calm and quiet stay for a family with kids. The private onsen was great 👍 The bed was one of the most comfy we had in japan

Absolutely everything. The couple who own the place are so friendly and accommodating, they made us feel very welcome. We rented a yukata each for a very reasonable price, used the massage chair and private onsen. The value for money was incredible! We also had a lovely breakfast in a beautiful Japanese room. The whole experience felt very authentic and it’s great we could do that with young children.

Lovely family runs ryokan that provides a homely atmosphere. The futons were soft and comfortable. We were a big family travelling together all of us agreed that the rooms were cosy and spacious with plenty of sunlight flooding in. On top of that was we were able to see the stunning view of the Fuji mountain from our rooms. Love the traditional onsens, not one but two. Great location and the Fuji 5 lakes nearby. We initially lost our way to get there, but thanks to the friendly hosts who went outside to meet us.

To name it as a resort is out of my expectation. There is no facilities like one except a hot spring they charge even when you are not using. The hotel was very very far away from main spot without transportation arround..

Kaiseki Dinner And Breakfast was yummy with reasonable price. Friendly staffs and the location is good. We can see mount Fuji from bedroom view. The onsen is good too. The hotel kinda traditional ryokan rather than modern one, but it’s perfect if you want to experience culture and food in traditional old fashioned style.

The staff were so lovely and helpful! We were offered shuttle rides around Fuji as we needed for free. We used the free e bike rental service which we loved. The french dinner and private onsen was also very special.

The owner was kind and welcoming, the room was tidy and clean. There was an onsen room as well, which was very relaxing. Despite having to share the bathroom, everything was clean. Also free hot/cold water available as well as tea and coffee. The ryokan was right in front of the lake so no cars, no strong noises. A terrace with chairs and tables is available to see Fuji-san and the stunning view of the lake.
