The place run by a family all with lovely smile and beautiful good and kind eyes. Great value, highly recommended!

Great ryukan , Best feeling to take a full rest here after days on a trail, Onsen water in this area is one of the best I have experienced in japan. Full course Dinner and Breakfast is just wonderful , Staff and service is amazing !!!

Plenty of spaces to store belongings in the room and bathroom. People were delightful, very welcoming, caring and helpful. Delicious food with lots of variety served on lovely dishes. Easy to get to local attractions. Exceeded our expectations

The staff were lovely and very helpful before and during our stay. The house is spacious and scrupulously clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the bath is worth the wait to fill with hot spring water. We enjoyed the free snacks and instant noodles for a no fuss dinner. The Kawayu Onsen bus stop is a few meters away, making transport easy. Soaking in the river hot springs is a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.
