The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

Ski and snowboard storage facilities are available. We stay at 2 bedroom suite and unit is well equipped and spacious. I am surprise it have Miele kitchen appliances. All rooms have full height windows looking at the amazing ski slope and Mt Yotei. And it has openable windows on the side to allow fresh air if you want to. The best feature I think is the bathrooms floor heating most.

Modernized interior, very clean room, Onzen is very good. The best location for skiing , very near gondola.
