Spacious table-seating in the dining room, all tables having a view of the garden (really a park-like setting) and a menu that deserves an international rating at the highest levels, and that applies to both dinner (the landscape outside the glass wall is softly illuminated) and breakfast that offers Western coffee selections and the best of Japanese tea. We booked two nights and we were delightfully surprised to find that both the dinner and breakfast menus were varied. The wait staff and chefs paced the meal to our habits, and as English-speaking guests we never were challenged in communications.

Renovated in April 2018, i + Land Nagasaki is 18.5 km or a 40-minute drive from Nagasaki Station. A hot spring bath, sauna, garden and kids area are available for guests. The property provides a 24-hour front desk. We drove so it was alright for the location. It turned out to be a surprised it was a resort. We had a large room and our room had a so called 'living room' space. The hotel provides shuttle bus to fetch passengers from point to point. We walked between the hotel room and restaurant, it was scenic and beautiful along the way. A pleasure stay for us!
