It was spacious, modern and was nicely furnished. The facilities were terrific, including spa, pool, sauna and onsen that looked over the mountains and stadium. Nice bar and restaurant on the top floor as well. Close to the tram stop and about 15 min walk to the Nagasaki station. Very happy with our stay

Each accommodation at the 3-star ryokan has sea views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot spring bath and a public bath. The ryokan also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Everything was above and beyond. The staff was particularly lively and helpful, even for Japanese standards! (which is saying a lot since they're generally very nice!). All the details were very thoughtfully prepared. The food was exquisite! Hard to believe it was all included, since the food alone could have been worth at least $100 in any gourmet restaurant at a big city. The flavors were indeed more than just traditional Japanese and went along with the mixture of influences that Nagasaki is known for. Every dish was explained by the friendly staff, who are evidently very passionate about their craft. The design of the rooms and the hotel are aesthetically and experientially magical. We enjoyed the private onsen in front of the beautiful seaview. They also have a public onsen! The hotel is 3 minutes away (walking) from the Obama Onsen Bus Stop, which is where any bus will drop you off from either Nagasaki or Isahaya Station, so even that comes in handy. 10/10

This 3-star ryokan offers a lift and full-day security. The ryokan has family rooms. We had in-room onsen, which was amazing. The public onsen was also good. Dinner in a private room for our party was delicious. The town is very convenient to the mountains and the rest of the Unzen part of the national park.

Helpful staff.

Located in Sasebo, just a minute's walk from the entrance of Huis Ten Bosch, Hotel Okura JR Huis Ten Bosch features air-conditioned rooms and private parking. Guests can enjoy their choice of Western, Chinese or Japanese-style teppanyaki meals at the on-site restaurant. Good location, comfortable room with good view. Love the breakfast and private cruise to theme park.

Renovated in April 2018, i + Land Nagasaki is 18.5 km or a 40-minute drive from Nagasaki Station. A hot spring bath, sauna, garden and kids area are available for guests. The property provides a 24-hour front desk. An incredible place—I regret that we stayed here for only one night. I would happily come back for a week or two. This hotel is perfect for a family getaway. There are several hot springs, including private ones where the whole family can relax together. Plenty of cozy spots for rest and relaxation, as well as play areas for kids. Don’t make the same mistake we did—stay for more than just one night!
