The view from the room is extremely stunning. Personal were friendly and helpful.

It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. I had a 2 night stay in Konanso. The staff is very welcoming and polite, maybe it helps that i speak Japanese. However, they also speak English. Rooms are spacious, clean and with wonderful views. There is a person in charge of your stay that will bring you dinner each night and ask if you need anything. Dinner served at the bedroom is delicious, and the onsen is gorgeous. Would recommend 10/10. Breakfast is also excellent, with western and japanese food.

The location is amazing. Lake Kawaguchi is a wonder to admire. The hotel, with its front lake location is really stunning, and the hot water springs are gorgeus.

They were very attentive, provided accommodations when my bus back to kawaguchiko was late for my dinner reservation, and overall had excellent customer service.

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. We had a really wonderful and memorable stay at Hotel Mizno! Lovely room, onsen and restaurant. Not to mention the incredible view of Fuji. It was also well worth booking the open air bath! We didn’t try the bar but it looked really nice and cosy.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. It was very great! Had a very warm welcome from the staffs and the place was beautiful! The onsen also worth the price.
