We selected the hotel because of baths on the top and location close to Toyosu fish market, where we won the lottery for early morning visit (5:30am) with a guide. Great choice, the hotel was really fantastic. We arrived before lunch and they stored our luggage, so we could return to explore Tokyo city center till late evening. We returned after 9pm, just in time for baths (free of charge), then relax with ice cream (free of charge) and late evening ramen in restaurant (also free of charge). All this was very nice. Hotel is very clean, rooms perfectly prepared for us, with all what is required for a great stay. Excellent view from the room and also from the baths, especially after sunset, with all the lights of Tokyo, the bridge. The hotel 5 minutes walk from the train station and surrounding area is also nice and clean. The price we paid for all this I conciser as accurate, good value for money and if I will come to Tokyo in future, this is the hotel I will return to.

The accommodation was set in a beautiful, scenic spot - perfect for relaxation. All facilities were very comfortable and the staff were super helpful. The onsen was incredible after a day off hiking. Definitely recommend this as a stay

We had a perfect stay at the hotel. The room is quite spacious, the bed was comfortable and even the pillows were ok. The food at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. They offered great variety and quality which is not a combination you see everywhere. We booked private onsen and also visited the public one. Both were great. The hotel offers a lot of amenities so you really can pack light for the stay. We would love to come back and stay even longer!

We had 2 very relaxing days at Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya. The room was large, the Futons were extraordinary comfortable. The food was amazing. The 3 private Onsen rooms are awesome. Thank you. We will come back.

Definitely recommended! Exceeded our expectations. We had an wonderful time staying in a Japanese room, including traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner. Personnel was kind and helpful, we felt welcome at all times. I would also recommend booking the private onsen before dinner, unique experience at a very reasonable price.
