Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Guests can find a private hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant on site. The futons were comfortable - unlike many accommodations. The villa was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the onsen.

This 3-star guest house offers luggage storage space and a shared lounge. The guest house has parking on-site, a hot spring bath and a shared kitchen. The room was bright and clean, and the private onsen was amazing. There is a kitchen and a shared space where you can experience a traditional Japanese kotatsu. Everything was great except that the property is located on a hill, so you have to climb to reach nearby places. The road was very slippery on snowy days, and we almost slipped several times. I would not recommend this place for travelers with elderly people or young children.

With a wonderfully calm atmosphere and great views of the near by hills and river. Each room has its own onsen on the balcony. The staff are friendly and so helpful. They even called ahead for us to see if some things we wanted to do were open. We can’t wait to come back!

La Vista was perfect with the lovely view of Kosatsu, the beautiful room and private onsen, as well as the various amenities. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I have no complaints and we’ll be recommending La Vista to your friends and family.

This 3-star ryokan offers luggage storage space and a housekeeping service. This is the first ever hotel I am giving a 10/10. Honestly was the best stay ive ever had. The location was great, just across from the bus stop. The room was clean and tidy, Yukatas left in room for us to use. The host was so kind and friendly, she even gave us a larger Yukata to wear! The breakfast was an amazing mix of Western meets Japanese, and was delivered to our room for us! She even brought welcome tea and snacks to our room when we arrived as well! Overall, the best hotel stay of our Japan trip so far!

Each accommodation at the 4-star ryokan has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot spring bath and an open-air bath. The ryokan offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We had a lovely view of the mountains. The private onsen was very nice, but the public onsen is very good as well! The staff is very nice and always accomodating. If you like traditional Japanese food, you'll love what they serve during the evening and morning. I recommend to stay at this ryokan either during fall (momiji) or winter. We were a bit too early for the heavy snowfalls, but still managed to catch some snow the second evening. Even without the snow it was lovely. I can imagine it looks amazing with the fall colors!
