Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring provides rooms in Matsumoto near Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Castle. This hotel is really comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Extremely clean. The staff is very polite. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The property has sea and mountain views, and is 33 km from Shuzen-ji Temple. The guest house features family rooms. Very nice and welcoming manager! The view from the public space and the room was fantastic and the baths were really nice!

There is a restaurant serving Japanese cuisine, and free private parking is available. This was a fantastic experience that will be on my mind for a long time. The food, the staff, the onsen, the rooms, everything was awesome.

The ryokan will provide guests with air-conditioned units offering a desk, a kettle, a fridge, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a bidet. At the ryokan, all units are soundproof. At the ryokan, every unit includes bed linen and towels. Experiencing a Ryokan was amazing and Onyado Yuinosho is the perfect place for it, the staff is incredibly nice and accomodating, the food is incredible, the rooms and facilities are so fancy and pretty and atmosphere is so relaxed and cozy! They give you all sorts of amenities, they have free ramen at night, coffee, yogurt drinks and they even leave local candy to try inside the room! They also have vending machines for soft drinks/coffee/tea and alcohol! The meals they serve are extremely tasty and fancy with beautiful window views of the mountains! The private onsen rooms are beatiful and relaxing! The two nights we spent there were the highlight of our trip! Absolutely must recommend this place if you plan to visit Shirakawa-go!

We have enjoyed wonderful balcony and window view of Mt. Fuji, extremely comfortable bath (including indoor and outdoor; public and private), late night delicious Ramen, as well as great wine with a nice price. This is definitely the hotel we would stay as if we were come back to here!

The location up on the hill overlooking the lake provided a beautiful view from the rooms and onsen. The breakfast, snacks, and dinner provided were delicious and we didn’t have to leave the property unless we wanted to explore. The onsen bath was clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

They, can secure you to rent a bikes directly in hotel, they can pick you up or give a ride if needed. Staff was really friendly and they could speak English. But the most amazing part is the room where you sleep on tatami and have breathtaking view on Mt. Fuji. They also have their own onsen and massage chairs.

The staff was just great, the kindness and the way they tried to accomodate any request made them the most warm and kind staff we have ever met in our three weeks trip in Japan! My wife is vegan so she could not eat the same meal with me but they were happy to offer her what they could at the table (beverages) while I was eating. The room is a bit outdated but to be honest is not a big problem. The meals were just fantastic, little to add here. High quality good, great amount, every dish was explained at its best. I would defined recommend a stay here!
