Very nice ryokan, with good private and public onsen available. The room was more than enough, with fresh towels and yukata each day I stayed. The staff were very nice, and I was able to ask them about certain things with combinations of English, Japanese and translation apps. I got injured before coming here sp the location is a bit far away from things, but very close to the station (2 minutes?). Note: not a negative as I chose this location because of the location originally.

The beds were comfortable and the buffet offered great options that met my dietaries requirements (gluten free.) The onsite onsen was a great respite at the end of the day and it was also fun to have the karaoke bar for a bit of entertainment. The ski lockers were also a great
