The place was just beautiful! The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is quite various, and the table were nicely prepared!! Staff were all friendly. We are certainly coming back!

Perfect, calm location with great view over Montepulciano, great minimalistic design, very clean and comfortable. We had a great time here and enjoyed the stay very much.

Fantastic views, superb rooms. Everything was super thoughtfully provided for our stay. Beautiful room and lounge areas, with hot springs and restaurant overlooking the natural scenery. The staff were super attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to unwind after a drive.

Villa was perfect. We had a party of 16 adults and one under year old child. We had the best time just hanging in the villa or pool area, and cooking in the massive Italian kitchen. Also nice towns and activities (tennis, golf, hot springs) nearby, hence car is needed to move around everywhere.
Francesca was great host with helpful attitude and good tips to make the stay even better.
