The hotel staff were the best I've ever encountered in my life, and I say this as someone who has traveled extensively and had experience in hotels all over the world. We needed a lot of help figuring out how to get to the next cities on our itinerary, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us, including buying tickets for us because we were unable to use the ticket sites as foreigners. Everything was done with incredible patience and kindness. Truly exceptional.

Location is perfect in the most lively center of the several Busan centers. Still quiet neighborhood. More upscale building with very good facilities. Loved the Minions-Halloween theme of the studio And worth mentioning, the only location in South Korea with “normal” size towels instead of mini towels.

This is a high end hotel so it’s quite expensive but I would say the price is very worth it. The breakfast was exceptional, definitely one of the best hotel buffets I’ve ever had, rooms very spacious and comfortable. It’s airy and light, the windows are massive and views are good. There is a spa, outdoor and indoor pool, fitness, restaurant and direct entry into the Lotte shopping mall. The location in Seomyeon is also great. It’s a lively area with many restaurants, cafés, shops, clubs and bars. Even though the area is quite loud, it’s very calm and quiet in the hotel. The hotel is on the green and red metro lines by which you can easily reach most of the popular tourist areas of Busan

Amazing place ...Luxury property especially the Ambience opposite sea view .If you want sea view from your room you need you need to pay extra amt !!Food is excellent.. staff is very cordial!Highly recommended place..other Restaurants like Spanish Tapas ,cafes, seafood everything is available but all Restaurants close by 9.00 pm rather last order they will serve till 8.00pm Rooms are very spacious ..Even bathrooms are huge & they even even have huge bath tub with sea view !!

The location is perfect, with all the famous tourist spots near Nampo-dong station (南浦洞) just a short walk away. There's also a taxi stand right outside the entrance, which is incredibly convenient for families, especially if you're travelling with elderly members who may not be comfortable using public transport. The check-in process was very efficient; we simply entered the PIN code sent by the host and had immediate access to everything inside the villa. The facilities, including the entrance, lift, front door, indoor environment, furniture, utensils, and other home appliances, were all surprisingly high-end and exceptionally clean. What stood out the most was the host's friendliness; they were very responsive, polite, and handled all our requests or issues flawlessly.
