Breakfast buffet is phenomenal! Definitely worth paying for it when you book your room! Rooms are bigger than your typical Tokyo hotel room and beds are quite comfy. The hotel is very close to the train station. View of the Tokyo Bay is quite lovely and you are able to see Tokyo Tower in the public bath.

We didn't have breakfast as we had an early flight out of Tokyo. Our room, the bedding and bathroom facilities were excellent and perfect for our needs. The walk to Terminal 3 was without anxiety as the route was well marked and not far from the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Atmosphere is very relaxing. Everything is very clean and modern or well renovated, but still classic style. Stuff was so nice and polite. Breakfast in Japanese traditional style was delicious and there were some changes to menu every day. Location is absolute prefect!

Breakfast - very good: value for money, traditional Japanese style, buffet breakfast (50min, but did not see it enforced, but could be during busier periods) Onsen facilities - free Onsen in the middle of the city, available for most of the day/night - Fantastic after a day out in Tokyo. There is also a sauna and cold bath to use too. Ice-cream available in the entry/exit area is very welcome after a visit there. Staff - as expected, helpful and skilled in multiple languages. Check-in during middle of the night was quick and smooth. Convenience store - directly across the street, useful for anything you need.

Awesome location (super close to Akihabara station and at the same time it is quite and very chill area). The hotel has only one issue - single elevator, which can be pretty hard to catch even during the night. The public bath is nice, enough space for at least 4 people.

Modern and very unique hotel near Shinjuku station is really a gem. It is located on quiet street, only 15 min away from the busy area of Shinjuku district which makes it a perfect location for first time travelers to Tokyo. Rooms are quite small, though that is normal for Tokyo’s hotels in the center, but modern and comfortable with tatami and traditional vibe. Hotel also provides an opportunity to experience onsen which a perfect way to relax after busy day exploring Japanese culture. Overall, great value, exceptional Japanese experience, would recommend to everyone visiting Tokyo.

The room was very clean and tidy. Although it was not very spacious, it was cleverly designed and well-equipped. I purchased a package that included access to the hot spring and both breakfast and dinner. Dinner reservations needed to be made on the Table Check website, while breakfast started promptly at 6 AM without the need for a reservation. The hot spring ticket allowed for a single entry only.

All the free stuff - Amazing!! But seriously, the cleanliness here is unmatched compared to other hostels I have stayed at in the past 20 years. Literally they keep the place clean around the clock - and with a smile I might add. THANK YOU! The location is to die for - very accessible to all attractions, near and far. The amenities were superb, security top notch, and having an Onsen (Hot Spring) on property is just the icing on the cake. Superb property.
