The buffet had different choices and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and can speak good English. Location is good since it's near the JR station and some stores and restaurants. I'll stay here again.

An amazing experience staying with Hotta-san at her B&B, she cooked us an amazing breakfast and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. If I'm ever planning to be in this area again I will be staying here, this time with an expanded Japanese vocabulary and a thank you gift for Hotta-san.

The hotel is beautiful, very nice, clean and modern. We love the decoration, including the aroma and fresh flowers. The room was spacious with a high ceiling. The pajama, too, was very cute, and housekeeping was done daily. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful although not fluent in English, they used a translator that made everything easy. They organized the takyubin for us and also let us enter the room bit before checkin time, which was very much appreciated after a long journey.

This hotel was wonderful and we would stay here again! The room was larger than most. The gym and common work area were so nice, and conveniently close to the laundry area. The breakfast was exceptional. There were three different breakfast restaurants to choose from! Amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks. It was perfect. Thank you to all the staff!

Near to The subway, have shuttle bus to the sapporo station, which is a Plus as we don’t have have to drag and carry luggage so much…. The room was huge… more than enough to open 2 luggages… Perfect! 🥰
