It was stunning. The rooms looked out on to a large manicured Japanese garden. It was quite serene and lovely. The spa was amazing, with lots of sulphur pools. It was separated, but families could come in - girls with mum and boys with Dad. I found it quite charming.

Our stay was wonderful. The stay was the best. They were super kind and we loved having small (Japanese) conversations with them. Furthermore, we especially loved the futon beds, the lovely onsen facilities, the food, and the location. It was situated close by Jigoku Dani and hiking routes.

Thanks for all the warming services included the shuttle bus driver, counter, room tour, dinner, and breakfast. The food was really impressive and the employs were very polite and treat you like friends. Good memory at Noboribetsu.

Exactly what I expected and hoped for. Very friendly staff, wonderful onsen, exceptional dinner served in the room.
