The hotel seemed to be brand new. We stayed for two nights. Our room was very spacious and the beds super comfy. We never actually saw any staff but it was very easy to check-in and all the necessary information was provided in advance. We also loved the spa bathtub in the room. Parking is also free of charge.

This is a beautiful hotel with luxurious views and facilities. The rooms are huge and well equipped. The food was lovely with a good selection of western and Japanese cuisine. Several onsens to choose from. Nice bar area.

Great location. Very clean and comfy rooms. They gave 1 bowl of free ramen to all customers at night. Love this hotel. Staffs are very helpful. The hot spring baths are great. They have a self service bar for ice cream and yogurt after your hot spring bath. Will definitely comeback to stay in future.

came during winter and the hot spring bath really helps. ocean view is amazing. can sit by the window and watch all day long. Nice park at the side for children to run around lawson just beside the hotel few nice restaurants nearby

The room was comfortable and the onsen was really nice. There is an outdoor onsen, a sauna, an indoor onsen and a cold onsen. The extras provided: ramen, ice cream, probiotics drinks, coffee, all serve to make the stay more enjoyable.
