Very convenient location – there is a direct bus from Narita Station almost right to the hotel. The onsen facilities are great and the view from the top is superb. An additional plus is a great variety of food for breakfast.

The onsen was one of my favourites I’ve been to! While there might be a few people sharing the onsen at the same time, I never felt like it was too crowded. The location was pretty good as well, within walking distance to the shopping area and subway stations

This hotel is gorgeous, and very quiet considering the location and size. The room was small, but the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and larger than we expected as it lists a "small double". We booked the city view room and the view was amazing. Everything was pristinely clean. Lots of care and attention went into appointing the room - the in-room amenities like a little tea set, toiletries, etc. were a nice touch. The real standout for this hotel is the traditional-style rooftop onsen, which is separated by gender. There are inside and outside baths and the views are stunning - it felt like an included spa experience. We felt so pampered, especially for the amount we paid. I wish very much that we could have stayed longer.

The breakfast is awesome. The hotel is kind of one of best experience. Strongly recommended. But it's too good so makes people too lazy and don't wanna go outside.
