WONDERFUL!! People are so kind. Hot spring area was clean and organised. Room was clean, big and so pretty. We had most grateful time at HOTEL KEYFOREST HOKUTO during this trip.

Everything was amazing. Staff are incredible, the Vinyl Jazz lounge is super cool, rooms are great. Best breakfast we had in Japan. The Haring museum over the road was a highlight. Only had one night there, wish we had five.

The service was excellent. The staff welcomed us at the carpark and guided us into the hotel. Dinner and breakfast was great. The room was very specious and clean with private toilet and bathroom.

The Onsen set up is lovely, the newly renovated rooms are very nice, the staff are extremely helpful, there is drinks and some snacks offered in lobby seating area before dinner and then at supper/9pm which we loved, you need a car if you want to explore the area which is really beautiful, we didn’t have breakfast or dinner as felt it was a bit pricey but it smelt and looked amazing instead we loved exploring small local country eat places 😊
