Ocean view from the bed was great. Sunset and sunrise was spectacular from the large windows. Private bathroom with the ocean view was also superb. Also enjoyed buffet breakfast with almost 360 degrees view of the city and setouchi sea.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

We loved the rooftop terrace. We loved the coffee, drinks, ice cream and nuts that were available. I particularly liked being able to choose the type of pillow I like. Location amazing. The onsen was wonderful.

Very cosy atmosphere, great room, onsen are great, location is perfect, buffet style dinner (all you can eat and drink) is very tasty but not cheap

Truly amazing views of Miyajima island and a nice big balcony to enjoy it from! The rooms were spacious and well equipped. There were lots of other fabulous facilities available but unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy them. we would certainly stay here again!
