I loved the fact that though I was very stressed with my flight cancelation I was able to get accomodation at this awesome property that was walking distance from the airport. It was a nice room - wonderful view, ease to check in and made me feel comfortable though I was so far away from home. The breakfast was amazing and the room itself was clean and spacious. The ammenities - top tier! I paid so much more for so much less value in the USA so I was pleasantly surprised and relieved.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely place. The room was spacious and the view from my room was fantastic. Very close to the train station and restarants. The hotel offers best facilities to recover after a busy day: spa with great view and the convenient stores nearby to get anything necessary, most importantly both open all night! Very friendly and responsive stuff. I am looking forward to come back again in december!! :))

The staff where unbelievablely kind. I let the lady at front desk know that we got engaged and she gave us a welcome cake and when we were checking out even gave us a hand written card! When we ate at one of the restaurants the staff even took a photo for us and printed it. Honestly they made our stay super magical, and that's not even considering the garden which is out of this world!

This place was just utterly amazing. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, and having the use of the sauna and private baths as a family was fantastic. Really wished we had booked for longer, was our last stay of an out of this world trip to Japan and it couldn't have been better.
