it was very close to the waterfall site and the blue pond. we love the traditional futon beds and dinner and breakfast. parking was free. the onsen was good too.

Room size is very spacious even for 3 people. Had hot water pot which the staff filled up and boiled already to dispense hot water upon arrival. Room is very clean and the location is next to a mart which makes it very convenient.

The place best I could’ve asked for my birthday! The highest hotel and Onsen in Hokkaido, this place felt special and perfect for winter. The Onsen was amazing, and the staff was super nice and helpful. I did a snow shoe trek to a frozen waterfall and the guide (Aono-san) was the best guide I could've asked for. It was tough but worth every second. I had a wonderful time here and the best birthday of my life.

There is a small onsen on the top floor. Convenient location next to the railway station and various shops and restaurants. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of freshly prepared Japanese food. Car parking with lift available. Staff didn't speak much English but was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot. It was a very pleasant stay.
