Very neat and clean, the lady owner is super excellent according to her age, I hope she stays well and healthy, very polite, good gestures and overall extrely happy environment. Only sleeping was disturbed due to road side noise and lack of comfortable pillows. I would love to stay there again atleast to meet the aged and good lady.

Breakfast was great. Our villa was great albeit a long distance from the two available pools. There are 3 however the closest to our location has be closed since covid times according to a staff member. Water still in it, just roped off

The staff was incredibly willing to help us arrange private drives and tours according to our reduced time schedule. They even kept our luggage and trasport it to the island as we had to go to a long boat tour the same day we arrived. We checked in from the boat lagoon and our luggage was in our room safely delivered :)

We booked for 6 days , I thought because it was Novotel it would be like the ones I have stayed in a number of times in many countries on business. It was a clinical room with little atmosphere and dory to say dirty. The daily room staff did thier job but the room walls were quit dirty with stains and dust . They should notice this. So to be honest the price ratio in no way matches the actual rooms. Sorry for the poor review but your competition is better. I stay at about 20 different hotels each year. Apart from my subjective view all was ok.

Staff was lovely, all of them, most with my son, they jumped to help us with everything.. Spa was lovely and helpful Breakfast was perfect Pool was 10000% perfect! My son really enjoy it! We will be back in the future for sure!! Keep going, Novotel!
