The staff at Novotel was extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel facilities were good with a decent pool and pretty good food offerings for breakfast. Location wise they're not too far from a shopping mall and there's a convenience store just across the road.

location was near most stuff but breakfast morning is bad need change to Novotel standards. Eggs are not freshly prepared - food are not improving daily,. Porrdige is terrible dry . Get new chef

I’ve always loved staying in Novotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist staff was very kind to offer bigger room for my toddler. FYI, for the same type of room they have bigger room in the lower floor (no view) or you can choose smaller room (not that small though) but in higher floor with city view. The location is strategic, near food stalls, KFC, restaurants, and train station.

Other places in this location struggle with either bad train noise or rly bad room sound proofing. Novotel still got some of road and train noise but not that bad compared to the other places around here.
