The hotel is modern, clean and welcoming. Check in was fuss free and front counter staff was friendly and pleasant. I love the big room with a huge bed. We were upgraded to a room that faces Gate of the Orient and Jinji Lake. Superb view! We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay at Novotel SiP Suzhou again if we are coming to the SIP vicinity.
