I generally avoid Accor hotels at almost all costs, but this Novotel was conveniently next to the airport - ideal for a layover. This particular Novotel far exceeded my expectations for an Accor hotel. Especially the courteous and competent front desk staff and the excellent cleanliness exceeded what I‘ve come to expect of Accors‘ Chinese properties. I dare say I would stay there again.

The woman tried to got more money from me . She did not respect the accord between booking.com . She asks more money and because this I did not stayed in the hotel . Also communicate with booking.com about this . She did not prepared for my stay and also she can not speak any English . I really do not know why she is in the platform with booking.com

The location is perfect if you’re flying out of T1 for a domestic service on China eastern / Shanghai airlines as it’s literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the terminal. Novotel and the Pullman are connected with a foyer and great facilities are sort of shared. Super restaurant in the main atrium and service is second to none including the concierge taking bags to the terminal. Outstanding and highly recommended.
