Well, it clearly says that it is a 5 star hotel but it definitely does not feel like it Everything in this hotel runs according to the convenience of the staff and not the guests Hotel Plaza cannot qualify as a 5 Star Hotel, it can pass off as maybe a 4 or even 3 Star Hotel.

The room was very comfortable for our family of four: beds, pillows, size of the bathroom, a separate toilet which comes in handy when four are sharing the same room. Amenities could be better, but overall it met out needs. Location is phenomenal: I would not hesitate to choose Novotel again when in Brussels.
