The staff were exceptional! Willing to help with anything needed. Bed was big and comfy, AC was great at keeping the room cool and was very quiet. Prime location for bars, Pool was great to have!

Novotel on Siam Square delivers the standard Accor service and amenities. What I like about it is the superb location within Siam Square. MBK and Paragon are within comfortable walking distances, connected by surrounding malls. The staff also delivered exceptional service like Bew from front desk and Pukky from the The Square dining room.

Everything was super great and they have good stuff in the reception he speak Arabic his name abdul he was super professional and he was very elegant with us ..iam very happy because he was very helpful.. thanks alot to him and thanks for novotel

I somehow double booked my room and the staff would not cancel one of my bookings and refund my money. That’s why I will never stay at the Novotel Hotel again. I got charged 2 times for the same room. The Hotel was outstanding and I would like to stay there again but I will never stay there again for that reason.
