5-Star Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making my stay very relaxing. What really stood out was the customer-oriented staff. From check-in to check-out, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The bed was very comfortable, Staff was friendly and helpful even they can't speak English very well but they put an effort to try communicate. all staffs were polite and helpful. there was a convenience store nearby in a walking distance from the hotel. the drop off and pick up service at the disneyland was amazing and convenience! I'd highly recommend this hotel for whoever that planning to go to disneyland or whoever that don't want to travel far from the hotel to the Pudong airport
