Located of Highway 101, this Mesa motel offers guest rooms with cable TV. Arizona State University is 8 minutes’ drive away and a light rail system is 3 blocks away. I liked that no breakfast is offered. Motel breakfasts are generally a tedious, mediocre affair. Glad to not have the expense added. The kitchen in the room is more than adequate for a person to do their own breakfast.

It’s right across the street from lots of cool restaurants and bars, and is only about a 20 minute walk to Chase Field. We stayed here while going to see a Diamondbacks game and it was perfect. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and the AC was perfect in the heat.
