The host - Rose - was so nice and helpful.

We didn't arrive until 0100am due to ferry delay but access was fine and the room light left on. Lesley and Mike go that extra mile and made our stay super relaxing and even take care of your laundry so you can spend more time out. Location was great and a few minutes walk from good shops and resturants. Would definately recommend to all.

The Abel Tasman National Park and the town of Motueka are within a 50-minute drive from the property. Easy to find. Doable distance from the Picton car ferry and Abel Tasman.. Excellent facilities. Pleasant friendly staff who gave good recommendations for an evening meal and helped us to use the laundry. Off street parking right outside the apartment. Good place to visit the Nelson attractions, particularly the car museum with its cafe and excellent gift shop. Highly recommended.

Large room with balcony overlooking mountains. Excellent facilities including a laundry. Ideally located to explore the North end of South Island and food and drinks available close by. Small town and very quiet at night.

Wonderful, welcoming owners who see after everything with great detail. Originally booked here because Kaiteriteri over the hill had nothing left, but would stay in Golden Bay again in heart beat. Nice drive to Totaranui on easy gravel road to take water taxi to Abel Tasman.

Guests enjoy free WiFi, free breakfast and a range of facilities including a spa and wellness centre. - Great location, 10 minute walk into Kaiteriteri, a great base to explore from too - Immaculate rooms, great kitchen, furniture, everything was clean and spotless - Suite was spacious too - Balcony and view were amazing, spa bath in the room was awesome, enjoying sunset and the stars - Continental breakfast was on point, the food/drinks on offer whilst limited to vegetarian options other than eggs, were all delicious and of good quality

Offering modern accommodation and situated less than a 20-minute walk from Richmond Mall and nearby vineyards, Parkside Motel also offers a courtyard and a seasonal heated swimming pool. The Nelson City Centre is a 15-minute drive away, and free parking is provided on site. The hosts ( owner / manager) were so welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The grounds looked very inviting as did the poor but we didn’t swim due to the poor weather. We will recommend this Motel to anyone visiting Nelson/ Richmond area.5 stars!
