Our King room had a small but well equipped kitchette, 2 chairs, good variety of English and French TV channels, a comfy bed and a nice shower! The reception staff was super helpful and there was a small bar with nice windows. We liked the handy access of parking at our room door. The waterfront boardwalk is a quick walk across the road.

The hostel offers many extras, such as a fully equipped barbecue area, seating groups at the water with open (gas) fire and various comfortable armchairs and seating groups that are arranged in a smart way to provide privacy from other guests. For dinner the offer consists of a selection of freshly made pizzas that can be ordered until 5pm and there is a menu of breakfast choices that need to be selected the prior evening together with a timing request. We stayed with a family of four (daughters 16 and 18) in a room that was spacious enough, especially because you spend most of the time outdoor anyway. The room and the bathroom was very clean and looked freshly renovated. The entire house has a very welcoming feel and the hosts have clearly spend a lot of thought on providing a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

We had a lovely room with a balcony facing the river. It was very peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though it was a little chilly, we enjoyed a swim in the pool because it is heated to just the right temperature - what a treat! The hotel has a lovely architecture and is decorated with beautiful flowers. Coffee is offered in the morning and the front desk people try to be helpful. This was the nicest Motel we've stayed at in a very long time!
