Stanthorpe Apple & Grape Motel is just 50 metres from Quart Pot Creek and several walking tracks. It is a 10-minute drive from Summit Winery and a 15-minute drive from Aloomba Lavender Park. I always stay here and it's a great place to stay. Friendly staff and a great location

Located in the heart of Port Douglas, just 50 metres from Macrossan Street and a short 5-minute walk to the patrolled section of Four Mile Beach, Port Douglas Motel offers a vibrant, retro-inspired stay with modern comforts. This accommodation suited me perfectly for me stay: bright, clean and comfortable, with the option to cook and the location was perfect being 'away' from the busiest part of town but easy to walk to everything I needed. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Port Douglas. I also appreciated the recycling facilities: only the second accommodation I found this in probably 15-20 different accommodations used during my trip.

Portside Wharf, is only a 5-minute walk away. It is a 15-minute walk to both Doomben and Eagle Farm Racecourses. Brisbane city centre is a 10-minute drive. The aesthetics were elite, the pool area was so nice, beds comfy, good location. Actually cannot fault. Considering it was only about $200 p/night, I think it was great value
