Rooms very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was closed but we were able to buy pies which were delicious. The woman who checked us in was friendly helpful and checked in that everything was ok

It is a very nice place to stay. It is convenient as it is just off the high way 24, and it is very close to Capital reef (about 5-6 miles). The place is quiet with good views. It is very comfortable to sit outside on the property if it is not too hot. The room is like motel style. it is big enough even to accommodate a family of 4. The AC in the room is a big noisy at night, breakfast is the same everyday, and not too much to expect.
