I forgot my glasses and reader under my pillow, but not to worry the boss himself drove out to Invercargill airport to bring them to me. Not many places would offer such kind service.

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was very clean! It had everything we needed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Also the apartment was very spacious we thought. The parking was right in front of the door. The price was very good for what we got.

Best apartment we have stayed in while travelling in NZ. Massive lounge with two couches, dining table and chairs, full kitchen- seperate bedroom with one double bed and a single in a large room . Bathroom was massive with an excellent hot shower. Staff were so helpful and happy

A very clean room with everything I needed & would suit a small family as well. I was entirely happy as the price & type of structure was appropriate. It is an older Motel with older style fittings, but everything worked.

The room we had was just excellent in all respects. It was quiet, reasonably close to the centre of town, Close to the Transport Museum. It had extensive streaming services free eg Netflix. The kitchen was wonderful. Beds were lovely and comfortable. The staff were amazing and super friendly and informative.

Hacienda Motel is centrally located just a 5-minute walk from a number of attractions including Bill Richardson Transport World and Cafe, Stadium Southland, and Cycling Velodrome.
