Beechwood Boutique Accommodation are fabulous to holiday with. Everything is perfect, clean and comfortable and they have a laundry for your use as well. The hosts are so considerate and welcoming. It is close to the Botanical Gardens and Bird Aviary which are a must see when you visit Dunedin, especially in October/November for full on flowers. The city shops are in walking distance approximately 10 minute easy walk or bus stop close by. Thankyou kindly for making my holiday so pleasant, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Great stay close to the city of Dunedin. The appartment has plenty of space, is good to access and also free parking space is provided. The check-in was with a nice chat and I received valuable information for the area. You can walk to the shops and malls, also the way to the supermarkets is close.
