The room was bigger than we expected and there was a balcony, also there is a terrace that you can use on the roof floor which you can see Mostar Bridge. The staff was friendly, hospitable, and helpful. The room was clean. A cute dog greets you at the entrance by the way :)

Our room was spacious and very clean. We had an amazing breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel. The location is so peaceful! The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Well, first of all, 10 is really not high enough to rate this place. The way we were treated by staff was beyond words. Hospitality, food, place itself... The rooms were clean and fresh, every room had air conditioning, more than enough towels, shower gels, soaps .. The facility has a nice pool with beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend & no doubts we will come again! 😉😊

The hostess was very sweet and helpful. I arrived later in the evening and they had clear instructions at the entrance with their wifi and a phone number you could message so somebody would come to the entrance. The building is very new and renovated, and nicely decorated. I could use the washing machine and dryer for free. The stay was really comfortable. The room however was a hotel room and not really an apartment, I didn't have a kitchen to cook. They also have a very big terrace with nice views.

Mrs. Camilla was a wonderful owner and so kind. She always helped us where to visit, where to eat and shopping. The hotel is very clean, very quite even it is located beside the busy main road. The breakfast was wonderful and beyond our expectations. Plenty of parking place just in front of the hotel. There are markets, shopping centers and restaurants, KFC etc. in the walking distance if you would like to eat outside. A great stay outside the busy city center
