Great location, excellent room. A special staff call out for Sarah, who went above and beyond when one of our party had a mishap and helped get him back on his feet enabling us to continue with the journey. She couldnt had been more helpful throughout our stay.

Elm Tree is a no-frills accommodation, well suited for our one night stay. That said, everything from service to cleanliness of the room and bathroom to the comfort of the beds (the heated mattress pads were very much welcomed!). Felt bad that I didn't get the name of the lady who assisted with our check-in. We are grateful for her recommendation to book a car ferry from Geelong to get to Philip Island. We had originally planned to drive through Melbourne City. The car ferry saved us much time. Thank you! 😊 Location-wise, Elm Tree also has eating places nearby, including KFC drive-thru right next door. Hands-down will stay here again if we travel to Warnambool!
