Staff were lovely!! Very helpful and very accomodating, bed and linen were comfortable, air conditioner and mini fridge worked a treat, as did the tv(a rarity). Bathroom had a massive bench space and a full length mirror, single shower but above standard size, large enough to actually move in comfortably with good water temp and pressure, and actually had towel rails! (not as common as you would think!) even their mini complementary toiletries were so nice, and didn’t smell like awful toilet sprays like you usually expect. Very nice place, was super happy with our stay, would recommend to anybody looking in the area :) We came down for a country festival at Caribbean gardens, was only a 5minute, $10 Uber ride away which was another big bonus

The room was a great size. The shower was great. The windows open. Loved the quietness when you shut they windows. Couldn't hear the traffic. The breakfast room was an excellent addition. The shopping centre Knox was a 5 minute away, great.

The hotel was very nice and the location was just great, near to coffee shops and restaurants, that made our stay even better we didn't need to go far to look for food. Overall, our stay was just great 👍. Victor was just awesome. He is a very nice host.

Great service Lady at the reception was very welcoming my room as first time i entered it was nice and fresh and relaxing. Highly recommend my friends and other people if they going to burwood east please do definitely check in at burwood east motel . Great job and great service burwood east motel on blackburn.
