The hostel is fantastic according to the price, the girl working there is really nice and helpful. The room has all you need to visit Bangkok some days, close to it you have street food trucks, the river, etc.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Awesome location too. Very quiet. Very close to 7-eleven, mercure ville and central silom. MBK can be reached by walking but faster by BTS.

I like the Mercure Hotel location is besides the BTS station and surrounding have 24 hours 7 eleven store, 5 mins walk EmQuartier 10 mins walk Emphere. The staff was so sweet and gave me surprised a small birthday cafe in my room when I was stayed with them. Definitely is my first choice to book this hotel again when I travel to Bangkok.

Love how you can also adjust the room temperature accordingly. The rooms are really clean and comfortable too~ My 2 year old and my mother loves the space too! Which I feel it’s a bonus~ Also loved that the hotel massage spa service has such zen vibes!

The double room on the good right side of the hotel, big and very well equiped, the breakfast at the Mercure hotel, and the location very close to the BTS.

The location is unbeatable - it is right in front of BTS National Stadium Station and walking distance (5min) to MBK Center and Siam area, where all the shopping malls are. There is a 7/11 inside the hotel and it shares the same building (and breakfast buffet) at the Mercure Hotel. Room was very simple, with no frills or amenities but bed was comfortable and they provide water bottles everyday. Breakfast buffet was well-served with a good range of juices, international food and local dishes, and an egg station.

Returned to stay at Mercure hotel as room is clean and very comfortable. Really like the spacious layout of the room and location is very convenient from airport and to shopping places. It is also so convenient the BTS station directly in front of hotel which makes commuting so easy.
