Search Mercure hotels in Lesser Poland

The accomodation itself is at good location, breakfast also fine selection, owner very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and facilities according to expectation. The big negative point from my side is the bed, which was very used and too soft, also small for 2 people being double bed. We had very bad night sleep because of that and sore backs. This is why my rating is lower.

Excellent room service. The breakfast was varied, everyone chose according to their taste. The location is fantastic. You walk a few steps and you are at the synagogue.

The place was very nice and comfortable. The host was very polite and helpful. Very good location ecpecially if you plan bike trips (bikes are on place free of charge). Everything was at a high level according to costs.

Mercure Krakov was the best a mercure I’ve been stayed worldwide, mainly due crew behaviors of support and assistance to the guests.

The owner of the hotel was very nice. He sat down with us and asked about where we are from, what we like for breakfast and adjusted the selection accordingly. The breakfast was made fresh with for e.x. scrambled eggs.

Everything was perfect. Gabriel, our host, was very kind, gave us useful information and recommendations. He adjusted the schedule according to the check-in dates communicated by us. I recommend. We will definitely come back.

The host asked about our arrival time and met us accordingly. She handed us the keys and explained about the flat very kindly. The flat has a very old history and at the same time the interior is tidy. The fruits and snacks that were arranged for us were very touching. Also, the location is very good, close to both the old town and the main station.
