We stay for one night and everything was good. The location I didn't know it was quite far. But after we get, with bus you can get anywhere. And it's literally in front of the hotel. So no complains

Mercure hotel Schiphol terminal is located behind customs in Lounge 3 at Schiphol Airport, opposite the KLM Crown lounge or the F Gate. With a valid departure flight ticket and passport, you can enjoy comfortable hotel rooms before your flight. So convenient! In some reviews, people complained about trouble finding the place… I had a couple people point me in the right direction and found it really easy. In the morning I woke up right before boarding and just rolled in up to my gate- so easy (and nice not to hve to go through security!) I found my room cute and charming. Really nice shower. Really comfy bed. Really clean room. The staff there were kind and helpful.
