The train taking people to the seaside was a cracker for a family with a young daughter. We liked pretty much everything, the place is well kept, apartment was spacious enough. The sea side lovely with nice bars serving foods and drinks. I appreciate that after complaint on air conditioning not working the servicemen appeared immediately fixing the problem according to our expectations.

The apartment has a cool vibe, the architecture is amazing, you can feel history flowing in the ceiling. Everything was according to the photos the owner provided. I recommend staying here and wish could come back in the future.

I have never experienced such a breakfast. Each of the guests was given a 'basic breakfast' right on the table; so sliced ​​fruit, a small slice of cheese and salami, some morning biscuits, water, and then of course food according to the breakfast menu. Excellent! Everything was served, taken away, available. The food on the roof of the hotel in the 28.5 restaurant was the best I have ever tasted. And believe me, I dine several times a week in restaurants that have a recommendation or a Michelin star. This restaurant is by far the top.

We were satisfied with everything. Malcesine amazing place that has Genius loci. The accommodation (casa) fits beautifully into the beautiful historical environment. Everything was stylishly prepared and de facto digitally prepared according to the owner's instructions at the welcome.

The location is perfect and it's really easy to get anywhere you need. I really love the smells - in the room, in the hall, the towels, and so on, including the body shower gel! The room has all the necessary facilities, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite varied and could be customized according to your needs. Many thanks to the staff, they are so kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Old hotel and room, not very clean but everything according to photos. Got what we expected, center location and not super expensive. If you want new luxury rooms, pay more money. Great canal view, private bathroom, friendly stuff.

It was surprisingly. I read that I can check-in from 11. But when I arrived I realised that according the rules I can’t use my bed and take a shower after morning check in because is cleaning there. Gladly I speak with cleaning lady and everything was great and prepared very quickly! Glad that stayed here. Everything was clean, comfortable. The Hostel had everything you needed and even more.

Perfect place to stay close to the ferry to the airport, relatively good price (for Venice), comfortable sleep, quiet. Host prepared breakfast for my very early departure, much appreciated. A 10-star place, if everything goes according to the usual patterns... (probably applicable to 95% of all bookings).
